Delete Your Data
We believe users should have control over their personal information. If you want Tably to delete your account and the personal data associated with it, you can request it at any time. This page explains what data deletion means, how to request it, what may be retained for legal or security reasons, and how long the process may take.
How to request data deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us at david@tably.es and include the email address linked to your Tably account. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. You can also contact us by phone at +34 627 484 473 if you need help with the process.
What happens when you request deletion
Once your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, unless we are required to keep some information for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or contractual reasons. This may include deleting your profile information, login-related data, and account activity that is no longer necessary for service operation.
What data may be retained
In some cases, we may retain limited information even after a deletion request. For example, we may keep records required for payment, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of our terms. Any retained data will be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
How long deletion takes
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe. In some cases, deletion from backup systems or third-party service providers may take additional time. During that period, your data will no longer be used for normal account activity, except where required for security or legal compliance.
Deleting your account does not always delete all content immediately
If you have submitted content, made purchases, or interacted with other users, some non-personal or legally required records may remain in our systems for operational reasons. Where possible, personal identifiers will be removed or minimized as part of the deletion process.
Third-party services
Tably may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, payments, communications, or support. If your personal data has been shared with those providers as part of delivering the service, we will take reasonable steps to request deletion or anonymization there as well, where applicable and technically feasible.
